Hose testing up to 24 bar
Testing pump P 2007 and P 2008
Quickly and easily, our mobile electrical hose testing pumps check four fire hoses in one go. A safety valve with 16 bar (232 psi) for P 2007 — and with 24 bar (348 psi) for P 2008 — protects hoses from overpressure. An aluminum carriage ensures mobility.
After filling the hoses with low pressure (local water supply network) you can test the hoses via buit-in high pressure pump. This powerful pump — with some 60 liters (16 US gallons) flow rate per minute — reaches the testing pressure very quickly and safely. You can safely and easily set or check the pressure via the large pressure gauge.
In case a hose leaks or bursts, you can open and close all four testing outlets (two Storz C and B each) separately via a ball valve. Via a separate ball valve, you can releas pressure after testing. The extremely tilt-protected carriage with four swiveling castor wheels (two of them stoppable) responds to longitudinal hose extension under pressure and keeps the testing device in a stable position.
Quality made by Barth
All our hose testing pumps benefit from their long-live, low-wear built. Every material — from the rotary pump to the stainless-steel pressure reservoir — is chosen for long-lasting use. The stainless steel piping of the P 2008 even ensures a 24-bar testing pressure (348 psi).
